The SR Group team are committed to delivering the highest quality of service. Our clients are victims of financial malpractice or find themselves in financial hardship, our role is to seek compensation or lessen the burden of debt.
We deal with complex issues and our trained staff are highly qualified and experienced. We offer a fee for service and are bound by our Client Service Agreement. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our performance we have an internal dispute resolution process that will assess your complaint and, if necessary, apply remedial action.
